COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course teaches you how to prepare food. The course enables you in learning about basic cooking equipment and planning of menu, knife skills ranging from how to chop vegetables & paring, salad making, vinaigrette & many other simple no-cook dishes. You will also additionally learn how to roast garlic & root vegetables, how to make pasta, all about sauté, roast meat & many more.
